1. Payment & Upfront Policy:-Any amount of upfront payment is required before work begins.
Work will not start until payment is received and confirmed.2. No Refund Policy:-Once work has started, all payments are final, and no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
Refund requests due to change of mind, delays caused by the client, or dissatisfaction after approvals will not be accepted.3. Revisions & Additional Charges:-Reasonable revisions are allowed during the process as long as they align with the original request.
Major revisions, additional features, or changes after final approval may require extra charges.4. Chargebacks & DisputesAny attempt to file a chargeback or payment dispute after approved work is delivered will result in blacklisting from future commissions.
Legal action may be taken if necessary.5. Client Responsibilities & ApprovalThe client must review and approve the work within the provided timeframe.
If no issues are reported within 7 days of delivery, the work is considered approved and finalized with no further changes.
